Service Solutions is seeking exceptional English speakers to join our team. We specialize in supporting small service businesses by providing exceptional customer service solutions.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist our clients’ customers with their inquiries.

• Provide information about our clients’ products and services.

• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

• Schedule client opportunities using software-supported routing systems.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient computer skills, familiarity with data entry and CRM software is a plus.

• Strong typing skills with accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible availability required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and most holidays.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
